- Would you like to enable patients’ voices to be heard?
- Would you like to support the practice on improving patient and practice communication?
- Do you have ideas to support the practice and patients?
- Can you provide practical support for the practice and help to implement change?
If you answer YES (and you are a patient) you might want to consider becoming a Patient Participation Group member .........
A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients, carers and GP practice staff who meet to discuss practice issues and patient experience to help improve the service.
Our PPG doesn't have a Chairperson or a Secretary - if you would like to become a member, and take on a role to Chair the meetings or become a Secretary, see 'How Do I Apply to Join our PPG below.
We would love to hear from you. Please phone the surgery and ask to speak to Theresa for more information.
Biddulph Valley Surgery's Patient Participation Group has been running since April 2015.
Theresa Parker manages our PPG. We currently have 50+ virtual PPG members.
Please note the PPG is not a place for personal complaints, these must be dealt with in the appropriate manner.
