BP & Weight self-checks.
We will soon be sending a text out to patients who are due to give us an updated BP and weight reading. As patients, you will now be able to use our in-house scales and BP machine yourself without the need of an appointment.
Please speak to the receptionist who will show you to the Quiet room and hand you the scales and BP monitor along with easy-to-read instructions and a form for you to record the results. This can then be handed back to the receptionist and updated in your records.
