Extended Access & Out of Hours
Non-urgent advice: Extended Access
Extended Access appointments are available for patients around North Staffordshire and Stoke. These are offered in Hubs scattered around the area including Haywood, Leek, Hanley, and Bradwell among others.
The appointments are available from 4pm until 8pm on weekdays, 9am to 4pm on Saturdays and 9am to 1pm on Sundays. If you are happy to attend one of these local hubs, our receptionists will be able to book you into the available appointments without you having to contact the hub. You will most likely be seen by a clinician from another practice, but they will be able to access your records, order tests and refer you where appropriate.
Non-urgent advice: When We Are Closed
For health information and advice, or if you need medical help fast when we are closed, call NHS 111. NHS 111 is the number to call when you need medical help fast but it’s not a life-threatening emergency.
In life-threatening emergencies such as chest pain and severe shortness of breath you should call 999
