Calling All Biddulph Valley Surgery Patients
- Would you like to enable patients’ voices to be heard?
- Would you like to support the practice on improving patient and practice communication?
- Do you have ideas to support the practice and patients?
- Can you provide practical support for the practice and help to implement change?
If you answer YES (and you are a patient) you might want to consider becoming a Patient Participation Group member.
What is a Patient Participation Group?
A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients, carers and GP practice staff who meet to discuss practice issues and patient experience to help improve the service.
Our PPG doesn’t have a Chairperson or a Secretary. If you would like to become a member, and take on a role to Chair the meetings or become a Secretary, see “How Do I Apply to Join?” below.
We would love to hear from you. Please phone the surgery and ask to speak to Theresa for more information.
